Rhys Owain Evans (pronuncia gallese: [r̥ɨːsˈivans]; nato il 22 luglio 1967), noto come Rhys Ifans, è un attore gallese. Ha interpretato ruoli in Notting Hill (1999), Kevin & Perry Go Large (2000) e Enduring Love (2004), oltre a Xenophilius Lovegood in Harry Potter e i Doni della Morte—Parte 1 (2010), Dr. Curt Connors / Lucertola in The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) e Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), e Grigori Rasputin in The King's Man (2021).
